AiExpert Command — Extension Privacy
AiExpert Command is a members-only Chrome extension that connects your browser to your AiExpert workforce. It only ever sends data to your own AiExpert account (www.aiexpert.com), scoped to you. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond the model providers that perform the work you ask for.
What it collects — and only when you act
Things you explicitly send: when you save a page, save a selection, take a screenshot, digest a YouTube video, or ask your team about a page, the extension sends that content — the page URL and title, the text or image you chose, and any note you add — to your AiExpert account so your Experts can act on it.
Page context for suggestions: to suggest what your Experts can do on the page you're viewing, the extension sends the page's URL, title, and a short snippet of its visible text. Query strings and fragments are stripped first, so tokens in a URL are never transmitted.
Passive browsing signals (off by default): only if you turn on "Passive capture," the extension records your searches and page visits (host, title, search terms) to help your team understand what you're working on. It is off until you enable it, and you can pause it or turn it off at any time.
Your email is used to sign you in to your AiExpert account.
What it never collects
It does not read password fields or form values. It does not capture on banking, financial, health, government, webmail, or login/checkout/payment pages — those are blocked on both the extension and the server. It never captures your screen silently: a screenshot only happens when you click to take one and choose what to share, and passive capture is off by default with visible controls.
How it's used
Everything you send is used solely to provide the AiExpert service — your AI Experts read it to do the work you request, and relevant facts may be proposed to your Business DNA for your review (never applied without your approval). Content is processed by our AI model providers (e.g. Anthropic) to generate the work. Nothing spends money, sends a message, or posts anything without your explicit approval.
Storage & retention
Saved items, screenshots, and signals are stored in your AiExpert account (hosted on Supabase) and kept until you delete them or close your account. Screenshots are stored at unguessable URLs. You can dismiss saved items, turn off capture, and sign out at any time.
Your controls
Passive capture is opt-in and reversible. You can pause capture, exclude sites, dismiss saved items, and sign out from the extension. To request deletion of your data or ask a question, contact us at the address below.
