Large Language Model (LLM)

AI trained on massive amounts of text so it can read, write, and reason in plain language — the engine behind ChatGPT.

A large language model (LLM) is a type of AI trained on an enormous amount of written text so it can understand and produce human language. You give it words, and it predicts what to write next — which is why it can draft an email, summarize a report, or answer a question in a natural, conversational way.

It's the brain underneath most AI products you've heard of. An LLM is powerful but general — out of the box it doesn't know your business. The useful version is an LLM given your context and a clear job, rather than a blank chat box.

Why it matters

It's the underlying engine that lets an AI Expert read your materials and produce real marketing, sales, and support work in your voice.
