What does it cost to start?
Nothing. Signing up is an email code: no card, no password and no AI key of your own. Every new account gets 14 days of Pro free, with your Experts working on their own as well as when you ask. After that you're on Free: about 8 hours of Expert work a month across all 19 Experts, whenever you brief them. Paid plans start at ₹499 a month in India and $9 a month elsewhere. Briefing and chatting don't use hours while you have some left.
What happens when I run out of hours?
Your Experts stop starting new jobs and tell you so. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically. You can top up, or move up a plan, and your monthly hours come back on the first of the next month.
Do the hours I buy expire?
No. Hours you top up sit on your account and carry past every monthly reset, so buying near the end of a month is never a waste. Only the hours included with your plan each month reset.
Do I need my own AI key?
No. Every plan runs on our AI. If you already pay Anthropic, you can connect your own key, and then your Experts' writing and thinking use none of your hours.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the billing portal in your Command Center, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not have an automatic refund policy — if something has gone wrong, email us and a person will read it.
What does "you approve it" actually gate?
Anything that spends money or reaches another person: ad spend, emails to your list, posts, outbound messages. Your Experts research, draft and prepare all of it without asking, then stop and wait for your click. Reading your own data never needs approval.
Where do my passwords and API keys live?
A model key you bring is stored with us, encrypted at rest, and so are the connections to your apps. Each account reaches only its own connections, and you can disconnect any app at any time. Bank details are never included in anything sent to a model.
What can they actually see about my business?
Whatever you connect, and nothing else. Scout reads your public website to build your Business DNA — the facts every Expert works from — and you can correct or delete any of it. Connecting Shopify, Stripe or Search Console lets them work from your real numbers instead of guesses.
Is this one Expert or all of them?
All 19, on every plan including Free — you never pay per Expert. What the paid plans add is your Experts working without being asked: on a schedule, and when your numbers move. On Free they work when you brief them.
