Agentic Workflow

An AI that completes a multi-step task on its own — planning, using tools, and adjusting toward a goal.

A regular AI answer is one question in, one answer out. An agentic workflow is different: you hand the AI a goal, like "research these twenty prospects and draft an outreach email for each," and it breaks the job into steps, does each one, and pulls the results together. Along the way it can use tools, searching the web, reading a spreadsheet, or drafting a document, the way a capable assistant would.

This is the model behind AiExpert's Experts. An Expert does not just chat, it does the work. The important safeguard is approval: the Expert can plan and prepare everything, but nothing that spends money or sends a message goes out until you sign off.

Why it matters

Agentic workflows are what let an AI actually finish real work for you rather than only advise, turning a goal into completed tasks you just need to approve.
