Offers: everything you sell, and what to sell next
Keep every product, service and package you sell in one place, see how they lead into each other, and have Forge design what to sell next.
Grow → Offers is the list of everything you sell, placed on a value ladder: Free, Entry, Core, Premium and Recurring. Offers link to each other as upsells, cross-sells, downsells, order bumps and next steps, so you can see the path a customer takes.
Scan what I sell finds what you already offer on your website, Business DNA, store and past proposals. Generate offers has Forge design new ones in full. Nothing is used until you confirm it, and prices are only suggestions until you pick or type one.
Why it helps
- Your whole offer range sits on one ladder, so the missing rung, like no entry offer or nothing recurring, is easy to spot.
- Forge designs complete offers: the promise, what's included, bonuses, a guarantee and two or three price options to choose from.
- Confirmed offers feed your proposals, so a price you set once is the price you quote.
How to use it
- Scan what you already sell. Press Scan what I sell, tick the places to read, and add a price list or brochure if you have one. What it finds waits under Found.
- Confirm what's right. Open Found, tick the offers that are real and press Confirm selected. Mark anything else Not something we sell or Duplicate.
- Fill the gaps. Press a gap above the ladder, or Generate offers, choose what to design and press Generate. Forge's ideas arrive under Ideas.
- Pick a price and add it. On an idea, choose one of the suggested prices or type your own, then press Add to my offers. It joins your ladder as planned.
- Connect your offers. Open any offer and use Add link to say what it leads to: an upsell, a cross-sell, a downsell or the next step.
Make the most of it
- Press an offer on the Ladder to light up everything linked to it.
- Use Refine with Forge on an idea to talk it through in chat before you add it.
- Mark an offer Live once it's on sale, and Retire it when you stop selling it rather than deleting it.
- In a proposal under Prospects, Add from offers fills a line with the offer's name and price.

Questions
Does Forge set my prices?
No. Forge suggests two or three prices with its reasoning. An offer only has a price once you pick one of them or type your own.
What does it cost?
Each Generate offers uses one run, and you can scan a few times a day. Editing, confirming and linking your offers costs nothing.
Who can change offers?
The owner, or an agency running the account. Teammates can see the ladder and the catalog but can't scan, generate or edit.
