How to use it
- Pick a session. Press Book office hours on this page for a one-to-one, or note the group session shown next to it. If booking isn’t open yet, the page says so.
- Bring your website. Have your website address ready, so we can look at your Business DNA together and see what your Experts already know.
- Choose one outcome. Pick the one result you want from the call, such as a first newsletter, a homepage fix or your first ten leads. One outcome beats a tour.
- Write down your questions. List where you got stuck or what didn’t make sense. A screenshot of the screen in question helps.
- Do it together. We work through it in your workspace while you drive. The aim is to finish the call with the first step done, not a to-do list.
Make the most of it
- Spend your first 30 minutes in the app before the call. You will come with sharper questions.
- Be signed in to the apps you want to connect, such as Google, Shopify or Stripe, so you can connect them during the call.
- Join the group session for general questions; book a one-to-one when it is about your own customers or numbers.
