Brand book: your logo, colours, type and voice

Your logo, colours, fonts and written guidelines in one living brand book, drafted from your Business DNA and used by everything your team makes.

Brand → Brand book shows your brand in its own logo, colours and fonts, one section at a time: Overview, Logo, Colour, Type, Foundation, Voice, Imagery, Applications and Downloads. If you signed up with your website, your team starts by reading its colours and fonts and writing a first draft for you.

The written guidelines come from your Business DNA: positioning, messaging pillars, personality, “say it like this” examples and boilerplate. The kit behind the book (logo, colours and fonts) is what every graphic, carousel and video caption your Experts make is set in.

Why it helps

  • Every graphic, carousel and captioned clip your team makes uses the same logo, colours and fonts.
  • You get written guidelines drafted from facts you’ve already confirmed, ready to edit rather than start from a blank page.
  • One read-only link gives a designer, printer or new hire the guidelines, logo files and design tokens.

How to use it

  1. Open Brand → Brand book. Choose Brand book under Brand. Move between sections with the tabs under the header.
  2. Pull from your website. Press Pull from website to read your site’s colours, fonts and logo into the kit. Nothing changes until you press Save.
  3. Adjust the kit. Press Edit brand kit to set your Logo, Colours and Typefaces, then press Save. You can upload your own font files for a typeface.
  4. Write your guidelines. If there are no written guidelines yet, press Write my brand guidelines on Foundation. It takes about a minute and uses one AI run from your plan.
  5. Edit the words. On any written section, press Edit text to change it, or Rewrite with AI for a fresh draft, then Save.
  6. Download and share. On Downloads, press Download brand kit (.zip) or Save as PDF. Turn on Share a read-only link to these guidelines to send them to someone.

Make the most of it

  • Upload a static .ttf or .otf file of your brand font, so video captions can be set in it too.
  • Turn on Don't use a logo in the kit if you’d rather your name is typeset on every creative.
  • Confirm more facts in your Business DNA, then press Rewrite with AI for sharper guidelines.
  • The shared link hides your phone number and email address. Turning sharing off stops every older link at once.
  • Next to the shared link, QR code makes a code that opens your guidelines: handy on a printed brief.

Questions

Can my teammates change the brand book?

They can read it. Only the account owner, or your agency, can edit the kit, write the guidelines or turn on the shared link.

Does writing the guidelines cost anything?

Writing or rewriting them uses one AI run from your plan. The draft written for you at sign-up doesn’t. See plans and runs.

What’s in the zip?

Your logo files as transparent PNGs, design tokens (CSS variables, a Tailwind config and tokens JSON), and the guidelines as Markdown with a README.
