Mobile app: approve and brief from your phone
Use AiExpert from your phone’s browser: talk to Aria, approve what’s waiting, and see what the team is doing, laid out for a small screen.
There’s nothing to install. Open AiExpert in your phone’s browser and sign in, and you get a layout made for the phone with two tabs. Talk is one big microphone: say what you need and Aria briefs the right Expert. Activity shows what’s waiting on you, what the team is doing and what was just delivered.
For anything else, tap the ⋯ button at the top to open any page of the full app. Add AiExpert to your home screen and it opens full screen, like an app.
Why it helps
- You approve or discard a waiting document with one tap, so work doesn’t stall while you’re away from your desk.
- You can put an Expert to work in the time it takes to say the job out loud.
- One look at Activity tells you who is working and what shipped, without opening every page.
How to use it
- Open AiExpert on your phone. Go to AiExpert in your phone’s browser and sign in the same way you do on your computer.
- Add it to your home screen. In Safari, tap Share then Add to Home Screen. In Chrome on Android, open the menu and choose Add to Home screen or Install app.
- Talk to your team. On Talk, tap the microphone, say what you need and pause when you’re done. Aria answers out loud, and Sent to shows which Expert she briefed.
- Clear what’s waiting. On Activity, under Waiting on you, choose Approve, the cross to discard, or the arrow to open it. Emails, posts and other drafts show as more to review and open Approvals.
- Open the full app. Tap ⋯ (More tools) at the top to reach every page, from Chat to Customers.
Make the most of it
- The number on the Activity tab is how many things wait on you. Clearing it once a day keeps the team moving.
- When Aria has drafted things for you overnight, Talk shows a Good morning card. Tap it to review them.
- Allow microphone access the first time your browser asks, or Talk can’t hear you.
- Tap any post under What’s happening to jump to the delivery or the Expert’s chat.

Questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. AiExpert runs in your phone’s browser. Adding it to your home screen gives it an icon and opens it full screen.
Can I approve emails and posts from my phone?
Yes. Documents approve right on Activity, and one tap on more to review opens the full Approvals page for emails, posts and ads.
Can my teammates use it too?
Yes. Teammates sign in the same way. Owner-only pages, such as Money, stay hidden from them on the phone as they do on a computer.
What if Talk says voice isn’t available?
Voice isn’t on for your account right now. Activity and every page under ⋯ still work, and you can type your briefs in Chat.
