Home and the ask bar
Your starting point each day: ask the team for anything, clear what is waiting on you, and see what your Experts delivered and what moved.
Home is where you ask and where you decide. The ask bar takes a plain-words request and hands it to the right Expert. Under it, the Approvals strip shows the top five things waiting on you, ready to approve in place.
Below that are your cards: Aria's one move for today, who is working, what was delivered, campaign ideas, standing orders, your plan and your numbers. Arrange them however you like with Customize.
Why it helps
- You hand work over in one sentence, without finding the right Expert or page first.
- What needs you sits at the top, so approvals don't wait forgotten.
- Aria can read your last week and name the one thing to do today, so you start with a plan.
How to use it
- Ask the team. Type what you need in the ask bar and press Enter; Shift+Enter adds a line. Aria routes it, or type @ to pick an Expert yourself.
- Follow it while it runs. A line under the ask bar shows who is on it and how far along. If the Expert asks a question, answer it there; when the work is done, choose Open or Review.
- Clear the Approvals strip. Approve, discard or Open the top items in place, or choose View all for the full list.
- Read Aria's card. Choose Brief me for today's one move and Do it to hand it off. The Morning tab shows drafts Aria started for you.
- Arrange your Home. Choose Customize, drag a card by its grip and press [ or ] to resize it. Add widget brings a card back, and Done saves your layout.
- Jump anywhere. Press ⌘K (Ctrl K on Windows) to search or ask, ⌘J to talk to Aria, and / on Home to return to the ask bar. ? lists every shortcut.
Make the most of it
- Drop, paste or attach up to three text files in the ask bar and the Expert reads them with your request. The mic only writes down what you say; it never starts work by itself.
- Watch the pills next to the greeting: your DNA score, how many Experts are working, and any app that needs reconnecting.
- On the paid plan, switch on Aria runs my mornings automatically on Aria's card so the day's drafts are waiting when you arrive.
- The download icon next to Customize exports everything AiExpert knows about your business as one file.

Questions
Do I need to pick an Expert before I ask?
No. Aria reads your request and briefs the right Expert. Type @ only when you know who you want.
Does asking from Home cost anything?
Asking is free; only delivered work uses hours. If a job can't start, Home says why and what to do next. See Plans, runs and your own AI key.
Do my teammates see the same Home?
Each person arranges their own. Teammates don't see the Plan card or the export, which belong to the owner.
