Pulse: your numbers, goals and weekly rhythm

Your weekly scorecard, your quarter's priorities and this week's work on one board, so you can tell whether you are winning and what happens next.

Pulse answers one question: are we winning? It brings together your weekly numbers, your rocks (the one to three priorities for this quarter) and the issues in the way.

Aria can propose this week's work as cards on the board. Nothing starts until you approve a card; approving an Expert's card is what sets it running. The numbers are plain arithmetic from your connected apps, and every Expert works toward your rocks.

Why it helps

  • You see each week's revenue, payments, refunds, email clicks and AI spend against your own targets, without building a spreadsheet.
  • Your quarter's priorities sit where every Expert can see them, so their work lines up with what matters.
  • The week's work is approved, tracked and checked in one place, including whether each piece actually worked.

How to use it

  1. Open Home → Pulse. Open Home → Pulse. The header shows the quarter, the week and how many rocks are on track.
  2. Set your rocks. Choose Add rock, write the priority, add a Target number if it has one, then Save rock. Click a rock's status to switch it between On track, Off track and Done.
  3. Set targets on the scorecard. On Scorecard, choose Set target on a number such as Revenue. Each tile shows this week against last week and against your target.
  4. Approve this week's work. On This week, cards move from Proposed to Approved, Working and Done. Choose Approve and run on an Expert's card to start it, or drag cards between columns.
  5. Raise what's in the way. Choose Raise an issue and type it. Later, use Mark discussed or Mark solved, or Draft an outsource brief to hire outside help.
  6. Check what worked. On Activity, Did it work? compares before and after for each delivered piece: worked, backfired, no effect or still pending.

Make the most of it

  • Ask Aria to plan your week and she proposes up to seven cards tied to your rocks. On the paid plan, the Monday planning meeting standing order does it every Monday.
  • Keep rocks to three or fewer. Every Expert inherits them, so fewer priorities means more focused work.
  • The scorecard fills itself once your shop or payment account is connected, or once you send email from AiExpert.
  • Draft an outsource brief turns an issue into a job post, copied and ready to paste into Upwork or Fiverr.

Questions

Where do the numbers come from?

From your connected shop or payment account and the email you send from AiExpert, added up by week. AI spend is what your team cost to run. Nothing on the scorecard is guessed.

Does approving a card cost anything?

An Expert's card uses your team's hours when it runs, like any other job. Your own cards cost nothing.

What is a rock?

One of the one to three priorities that matter most this quarter, ideally with a number, such as lifting conversion from 6% to 15%.
