Task ideas: one-click jobs to hand over
Pick a ready-made job, click once, and the right Expert opens with the brief already written. Check it, then press Send.
Task ideas is a menu of real jobs, written the way owners say them: “Find out why my homepage isn’t converting”, “Tell me who to follow up with today”. Each card shows how long the job takes to do yourself, how long the Expert takes, and the number it moves.
Choose Brief on a card and that Expert’s chat opens with the full brief in the message box. If the Expert isn’t on your team yet, it joins first. Nothing runs until you press Send.
Why it helps
- You hand over a well-written brief in two clicks instead of working out what to ask.
- Each card shows the time it saves and what it moves, so you can pick the jobs that matter most this week.
- The brief stays editable, so you can add your own details before anything runs.
How to use it
- Open Team → Task ideas. Jobs are grouped under Get customers, Grow revenue and Run the business.
- Find a job. Pick a category or search jobs, Experts or results. Choose Show 12 more at the bottom to keep going.
- Read the card. Each card says what you get, the time it takes you yourself, the time with the Expert, and what it Moves.
- Brief the Expert. Choose the button with the Expert’s name, such as Brief Nova. Their chat opens with the brief filled in.
- Add your details and send. Edit the brief with anything specific to you, then press Send. The finished work comes back in the chat.
Make the most of it
- Fill in your Business DNA first: the briefs are general, and the Expert fills the gaps from what it knows about your business.
- Try one job from each category in your first week to see how different Experts work.
- Make a habit of the jobs worth repeating, such as a Monday morning read on your money every week.
- Add one line of context before sending, like a deadline or the customer it is for. It is the quickest way to a better first draft.

Does clicking a card start the work?
No. It opens the chat with the brief ready. The Expert starts only when you press Send.
What if that Expert isn’t on my team?
Choosing Brief adds it to your team first. Hiring is included in every plan.
Will the Expert send anything on its own?
No. The result comes back as a draft, and nothing sends or spends without your approval in Approvals.
