Each Expert is built for one kind of work: email, ads, SEO, bookkeeping, research and more. Hire Experts shows the whole roster. Open any card to see what that Expert delivers, the tools it plugs into and briefs to try.
Hiring costs nothing extra. You pay for your plan, not per Expert, and an Expert only uses your plan when you give it work. Once hired, it appears in Chat, ready for a brief.

How to use it
- Open Team → Hire Experts. Switch between All, Your team and Available to see who you have and who you could add.
- Find the right one. Search by job, result or tool, pick a category, or narrow the list with Live engine, Has intro film or Takes my files.
- Read an Expert’s page. Open a card for About, What you get and Try these briefs. Click any brief to copy it.
- Hire. Choose Hire on the card. On an Expert’s own page the button names them, such as Add Nova to your team. Their chat opens straight away.
- Give it a first job. Paste a brief you copied, or tap a suggestion above the message box, and press Send.
Make the most of it
- Takes my files shows the Experts that read uploads: Penny reads bank and payment statements, and Orbit reads contact lists.
- Open How they work together at the foot of the page to see which Experts hand work to each other before you choose.
- A hired Expert’s card says On your team and swaps Hire for Chat, a quick way back into its workspace.
- Not sure where to start? Pick a job in Task ideas and the right Expert is hired for you when you brief it.
Questions
Does hiring an Expert cost extra?
No. Every Expert is included in every plan. Work only uses your team’s hours when an Expert delivers. See Plans and runs.
Is there a limit on how many I can hire?
No. Add as many as you like; an Expert with nothing to do uses nothing.
Does a new hire start doing things on its own?
No. It waits for a brief. Anything it later drafts to send, post or spend waits in Approvals for you.
