Gamma
Let your Experts build Gamma presentations and documents from their work, with each one saved to your Library.
Connecting Gamma lets your Experts build a presentation or a document in your Gamma account from the content of a job: a proposal, a monthly report, a training outline. You get a link to the finished deck within a few minutes.
Every deck is saved to your Library with an Open deck button, so it isn't lost in a chat. Decks are made on your own Gamma account, under your Gamma plan. Once Gamma is connected, your Experts know they can offer you a deck.
Why it helps
- Proposals and reports arrive as finished slides, not text you still have to lay out.
- Every deck is filed in your Library, so you can find it again next month.
- Decks start from what the team already knows about your business, so the first draft is close.
How to use it
- Get a Gamma API key. Create an API key in your Gamma account settings.
- Connect Gamma. Open Settings → Connected apps, search the catalog for Gamma, press Connect and paste the key in the tab that opens. The row then reads Connected.
- Ask for a deck. In a brief, ask for it as a deck, for example “turn this proposal into a 10-slide Gamma presentation”.
- Open it from Library. Find it in Library under Deck and press Open deck to edit it in Gamma.
Make the most of it
- Say roughly how many slides you want. The Expert passes that on to Gamma.
- Ask for a Gamma document instead of slides when you want a one-pager or a guide.
- Name one of your Gamma themes in the brief to keep decks on-brand.

Questions
Which Experts can build decks?
Most of the team, including Miles for proposals, Aria for meeting decks and Pulse for reports.
Does it cost anything?
Decks are made on your Gamma account and use your Gamma plan. The Expert's run counts like any other; see plans and runs.
How do I disconnect it?
Delete the API key in Gamma. The row in Connected apps has no Disconnect button of its own.
