Connected apps: give your Experts access
Connect the apps you already use so your Experts work from your real data, and see exactly what each app lets them do.
Your Experts are only as good as what they can see. Connected apps is where you give them access: Google, Shopify, Stripe, HubSpot and many more in the catalog.
Most connections are read-only. A few let your Experts do one specific job, like drafting an email in Gmail or building a Gamma deck, and each connected app says exactly what. Only the workspace owner can connect apps.

- Each connected app spells out what your Experts can do with it, so there are no surprises.
- Adding your own Anthropic key runs your whole team on your own account, with no per-run charge from us.
How to use it
- Open Settings → Connected apps. Choose Settings → Connected apps. Your connections shows what's connected and suggests the best app to add next.
- Connect from the catalog. Under Browse the catalog, search or pick a category, then click Connect and sign in on the app's own screen.
- Use the direct connections. Google, Shopify and Ahrefs connect under Direct connections. Click Connect Google, Connect Shopify or Connect Ahrefs and follow the prompts.
- Add your own AI keys. Open Your own AI keys and paste your Anthropic key. Each key is checked live, then stored encrypted.
- Choose the right account. If an app holds several accounts or properties, pick the one your Experts should use from the menu under it.
- Check what Experts can do. Under each connected app, a line says what your Experts can now do, or Your Experts read this for read-only apps.
Make the most of it
- Start with the app suggested under Add … next. It's the most useful connection you haven't made yet.
- Google is your personal account. Turn on Share with my team only if teammates' Experts should read it too.
- An app marked Ask us to enable needs a one-time setup on our side before it can connect.
- If an app shows Reconnect, sign in to it again. Your Experts can't read it until you do.

Questions
Can my Experts change things in my apps?
Mostly no: connections are read-only. A few apps allow one specific job, such as drafting a Gmail reply you send yourself, creating a Google Doc, adding an event to your own calendar, or building a Gamma deck.
Who can connect apps?
Only the workspace owner. Teammates can see what's connected, but can't add, reconnect or remove connections.
Are my keys and logins safe?
Keys are checked live, then stored encrypted. They're never shown again and never leave our server.
Do I need my own AI key?
