Let Till read your Shopify orders, products, customers and abandoned checkouts, so store advice uses your real numbers.
Connecting Shopify lets Till, your store Expert, read your orders, products, customers and abandoned checkouts. Till works out your 30-day revenue, average order value, best and worst sellers, repeat-customer share and the money sitting in abandoned carts, all from your store's own data.
The connection is read-only. Till drafts product-page fixes for you to apply yourself, and nothing in your store changes without you. New orders are checked every 15 minutes, so Pulse and your weekly numbers stay current.
Why it helps

- Weak product pages get flagged and rewritten as before-and-after drafts you can apply.
- Your store is never changed by an Expert, because the access is read-only.
How to use it
- Get your app's credentials. In Shopify's Dev Dashboard at dev.shopify.com, open your app's Settings → Credentials. Its version must include the read_products, read_orders, read_checkouts and read_customers scopes and be installed on your store.
- Open the Shopify row. In Settings → Connected apps, under Direct connections, press Connect Shopify.
- Paste and connect. Fill in Store name (the part before .myshopify.com), Client ID and Client secret, then press Connect store. Shopify checks them on the spot.
- Ask Till for a store read. Brief Till: “read my store and tell me what's sitting in abandoned carts”.
- Disconnect from Shopify's side. Uninstall the app from your Shopify store. Access ends, and the row here shows Reconnect needed.
Make the most of it
- You paste the credentials once. Tokens refresh themselves after that, so there is nothing to renew.
- If Shopify ever refuses the connection, the row shows Reconnect Shopify and Till says the numbers are stale instead of passing off old ones as current.

- A warning that the token has no scopes means the app version went out without them. Release a version with the four read scopes, install it again and reconnect.

Questions
Can Till change my products or prices?
No. Till reads your store and writes product fixes as drafts. You make any change in Shopify yourself.
Do I need a developer?
No. You create a simple app in Shopify's Dev Dashboard, copy two values and paste them here. It takes a few minutes.
Who can connect the store?
Only the workspace owner.
