WooCommerce
Let your Experts read your WooCommerce orders and products when a job needs them. Nothing in your store can be changed.
Connecting WooCommerce lets your Experts read your store's orders and products. Ask Penny what sold last month, or Pulse how orders are trending, and they look at the real records.
The connection is read-only: no Expert can edit a product, change a price or touch an order. Till's full store reports, with abandoned-cart money and product-page fixes, work with Shopify today. WooCommerce stores get the reads above.
Why it helps
- Sales questions get answered from your actual orders instead of numbers you retype.
- You can ask about products and orders in plain words, without exporting a report first.
- Your store stays exactly as it is, because the connection only reads.
How to use it
- Make a read-only key. In WordPress, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API and add a key with Read permission. Copy the consumer key and secret.
- Connect WooCommerce. Open Settings → Connected apps, find WooCommerce under For your business and press Connect. Enter your store address and the key in the tab that opens.
- Ask a question. Brief Penny or Pulse, for example “which products sold most in the last 30 days?”.
- Disconnect from your store. Revoke the key under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API. Access stops at once.
Make the most of it
- Give the key Read permission only. It is all your Experts use, and WooCommerce itself will refuse any change.
- Name the time window and the products you care about, so the Expert reads the right orders.
- On Shopify as well? Connect Shopify for Till's full store reports.

Questions
Can an Expert change my products or orders?
No. The connection is read-only, and a Read key means WooCommerce refuses changes on its side too.
Does Till work with WooCommerce?
Till's store reports run on Shopify today. Your other Experts can still read WooCommerce orders and products.
How do I disconnect it?
Revoke the key in WooCommerce. The row in Connected apps has no Disconnect button of its own.
