- Open Team → Hire Experts. Choose Custom in the category menu to see the specialists, such as Lens and Forge.
- Hire one. Choose Hire on its card. Its chat opens straight away, with suggestions above the message box.
- Give it the job it was built for. Give Lens the address of the page to audit, or tell Forge what you sell and who buys it, then press Send.
- Teach it your business. Fill in your Business DNA: your offer, prices, audience and proof. Every Expert reads it before it starts.
- Set how you sound. In your Brand book, set your brand’s voice so every draft sounds like your business.
- Bring your own playbook. Attach your checklist or process as a text file with the brief, and the Expert works from it for that job.
