Deliverability: land in the inbox, not spam
See whether your email lands in inboxes: complaint and bounce rates, domain checks and blocklists, with Nova explaining what to fix.
Deliverability is whether your email reaches the inbox. Email marketing → Deliverability shows your Sending health on one screen: complaint and bounce rates over the last 7 days against the limits inbox providers enforce, whether your domain has the records that prove mail is really from you (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), and whether it appears on public blocklists.
If complaints or bounces cross the limit, sending pauses automatically to protect your reputation. Only the account owner can resume it, once the cause is fixed.
Why it helps
- You spot a problem in the numbers before inbox providers start sending your mail to spam.
- A missing domain record comes with the exact value to add, so you know precisely what to fix.
- An automatic pause stops a bad send from doing more damage while you sort out the cause.
How to use it
- Open Deliverability. Go to Grow → Email marketing → Deliverability and read the Sending health line at the top.
- Check your rates. Under Complaints and bounces, compare each rate with its limit. Rates appear once enough mail has gone out to judge.
- Fix your domain records. Under Domain authentication, a missing or failing record shows the value to add at your DNS provider. Add it, then press Re-check now.
- Ask Nova what it means. Press Explain with Nova for a plain-words read of your numbers and the one thing to do next.
- Resume after a pause. If Sending is paused, press Review campaigns and fix the cause. Then press Resume sending and confirm I've found and fixed the cause.
- Test where an email lands. Under Inbox placement, connect your own Mailivery key and press Run a placement test to see where a copy lands at Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and others.
Make the most of it
- Verify your own domain in Settings → Sending domain. For about three weeks after that, a Warm-up ramp raises your daily limit step by step, so send big campaigns to smaller segments until it ends.
- Keep Double opt-in on for your forms. It keeps typos and strangers off your list, which keeps bounces and complaints down.
- Don't re-import addresses that bounced. They're on your do-not-mail list for a reason.
- "Couldn't check" is never a clean result. Re-check later rather than assuming all is well.

Questions
Why did my sending pause?
Your complaint or bounce rate crossed the limit over the last 7 days. Campaigns, sequences, tests and form confirmations all stop until the owner presses Resume sending.
Does a placement test guarantee the inbox?
No. It sends a copy to a handful of test inboxes and reports where each landed. Where your subscribers' copies land also depends on their own history with your mail.
Can Nova change my settings or resume sending?
No. Nova reads the numbers and advises. Resuming, domain changes and the do-not-mail list stay with you.
