Email replies: your inbox, with drafts ready
See replies to your campaigns next to your list, and have Aria draft answers into your Gmail Drafts for you to send.
Email replies is the Inbox section of Email. It reads your Gmail and marks which senders are on your list and which messages answer one of your campaigns.
When a message needs an answer, click Draft a reply. Aria writes it straight into your Gmail Drafts. You read it, change it if you like, and send it from Gmail. Nothing here ever sends, and your campaigns keep going out from your usual sender.
Why it helps
- Replies to a campaign carry a tag naming that campaign, so an interested reader never goes unanswered.
- Aria drafts the answer for you, so replying takes a quick read and a click in Gmail instead of a blank page.
- Mail from subscribers is tagged, and one click opens that person's subscriber record.
How to use it
- Open Inbox → Email replies. In the sidebar, choose Inbox → Email replies. It opens the Inbox section of Email.
- Connect Gmail. Click Connect Gmail and allow Gmail on Google's sign-in screen. Only the workspace owner can connect it.
- Send campaign replies to Gmail. In Email → Settings, find Replies & your Gmail and click Send replies to your Gmail address. Replies to your campaigns then land where Inbox can read them.
- Choose what to see. Switch between Subscribers and replies and Everything, and between 7 days and 30 days. Click Refresh to check again.
- Ask what needs you. Click What needs a reply? and Aria lists the messages that need an answer, most urgent first, with a suggested reply for each.
- Draft, then send from Gmail. Click Draft a reply on a message. When it shows Draft ready, click Open Gmail Drafts, check the wording and send it yourself.
Make the most of it
- Click a green Subscriber tag to open that person's record, or a Reply to “…” tag to jump to the campaign they answered.
- The Waiting in your Gmail Drafts card lists the replies Aria has written, so none sit forgotten in Drafts.
- Inbox shows the newest 25 messages in your Gmail inbox. Click Open in Gmail on any row to see the full thread.
- Keep your Business DNA up to date with prices and policies, so Aria's drafts answer with real details.

Questions
Does anything send from here?
No. Aria only writes drafts into your Gmail Drafts, and you send them from Gmail. Campaigns keep going out from your usual sender, never through Gmail.
Can my teammates see my Gmail?
Not unless you share it. Gmail is your personal account. Teammates can read it here only after you turn on Share with my team for Google in Connected apps, and drafting replies stays with you.
Why does it say Gmail needs a reconnect?
Google stopped letting us read your Gmail, usually because access was removed or Gmail wasn't allowed at sign-in. Click Reconnect Gmail and allow Gmail when Google asks.
