Herald, your AI Reputation & PR Agent

Watches what the world says about you — and drafts the reply before you even see it.

Herald is your reputation desk and PR responder. It reads real mentions, reviews and press across the web (never guesses, always cites the source), reads the sentiment and reach of each, and — where a response is warranted — drafts the reply, statement or journalist note in your brand voice. Nothing is ever posted: every draft waits for your approval, then you send it or Herald routes it through Nova.

Why it helps

  • Weekly reputation digest — every mention & review with sentiment + source link
  • Drafted replies to reviews, positive and negative, in your voice
  • Holding statements & crisis notes for high-reach negatives

How to use it

  1. Hire Herald. Open Team → Hire Experts, find Herald and choose Hire. Hiring is free; Herald only uses your plan when you give it work.
  2. Give it a job. Open Chat with Herald and say what you need in plain words, or start from a suggestion such as “Summarize this week’s mentions and reviews, with sentiment and sources”.
  3. Read what comes back. The work lands in the chat and in your Library. Ask for changes in the same chat until it is right.
  4. Approve anything that goes out. If the work sends an email, posts, or spends money, it waits in Approvals until you say yes.

Make the most of it

  • Fill in your Business DNA first: every Expert reads it, so the first draft already sounds like you.
  • Try asking: “A negative review just came in — draft a reply I can approve”
  • Try asking: “Draft a holding statement for the highest-reach mention this week”

Questions

Will Herald send or post anything on its own?

No. Anything that sends, posts or spends waits in Approvals until you approve it.

What does Herald cost?

Hiring is free. Each job uses your plan; see Plans, runs and using your own AI key.
