Quests: your business as a game
Your whole business as a game: every real thing your team does earns XP, and milestones unlock as you go, from your first connected app to your first sale.
Home → Quests turns the work you already do into a game. Milestones unlock when the real thing happens: your first connected app, your first email campaign sent, your first post, your first automatic reply, your first visitor, your first payment. Every brief, send and approval earns the person who did it a few XP.
Nothing is made up. Each milestone is read from what your account actually holds, and your level is the total of what your team has earned. The level, XP and weekly streak sit at the bottom of the side menu, and Next quest on Home shows the one thing to do next.
Why it helps
- There's always one clear next step, so a new account never wonders what to do after signing up.
- Milestones follow the order a business grows in: set up, reach people, automate, bring traffic, get paid.
- The weekly streak and the team leaderboard keep everyone doing a little real work every week.
How to use it
- Open Home → Quests. Open Home → Quests, or click your level at the bottom of the side menu.
- Pick a quest. Each chapter lists its quests. The one marked Next is the best place to start. Choose its button to go straight there, or Show me how for a short guided tour.
- Do the real thing. A milestone unlocks once it has really happened: an email actually sent, a post published, a visitor arrived. Drafts don't count.
- Keep your streak. Do at least one real thing each week (a brief, a send, an approval) to keep the flame lit. Weeks run Monday to Sunday.
Make the most of it
- Next quest on Home has Not now if you want it out of the way for three days.
- Turn Confetti or Sound off for this device at the top of the Quests page.
- With two or more people on the team, Leaderboard shows who earned the most XP this week.
- Some quests need the paid plan, like an automatic reply, which runs without you asking. The quest says so and links to the plans.
Questions
What counts as XP?
A milestone is worth 50 to 500 XP to the whole team. People also earn a few XP each for briefing an Expert, sending a campaign, publishing posts, approving a proposal or invoice, adding contacts and opening deals. Each kind has a daily limit, so busywork doesn't pay.
Why didn't a milestone unlock?
It needs the real thing, not a draft. A campaign has to have gone out, a post has to be published or marked as posted, and the first visitor has to arrive. It can take a minute to show.
Do I lose a milestone if something changes later?
No. Once it's earned it stays, even if traffic dips or you delete what earned it.
Who sees the money quests?
Deals, accepted proposals and payments are shown to the owner, or an agency running the account. Teammates still share the team's XP and level.
