Teammates and roles

Invite the people you work with so they can brief your Experts and approve work, while billing and connections stay with you.

A workspace has one Owner and as many Members as your plan has seats for. Members see everything the team does, brief the Experts and approve work.

Some things stay with the owner: billing, connected apps, and the pages built on your personal accounts or your money. Members don't see Money, Plan & billing, Google, WhatsApp, Calls, Meetings, Ads or API & MCP.

Why it helps

  • Your team briefs the Experts directly, so work doesn't queue up behind you.
  • Teammates can approve work, so drafts don't wait while you're away.
  • Your card, connections and private accounts stay yours, however many people join.

How to use it

  1. Open Settings → Teammates. Choose Settings → Teammates. The badge at the top shows how many seats you have left.
  2. Invite a teammate. Under Invite a teammate, type their email and click Invite. They get an emailed invite that lasts 7 days.
  3. Track pending invites. Pending invites sit under Waiting on them. Click the cross (Revoke invite) to cancel one.
  4. See who's in. Once they accept, they appear under In this workspace with a Member badge. You show as Owner.
  5. Share Google if you want to. Your Google account stays private. To let teammates' Experts read it, turn on Share with my team in Settings → Connected apps.
  6. Remove someone. Click the cross (Remove from team) next to a member. They keep their own account, just not this workspace.

Make the most of it

  • If the invite email can't be sent, you get a link instead. Send it to your teammate yourself.
  • Teams open on a paid plan. If you see Team is full for this plan, see Plans, runs and using your own AI key.
  • Members can leave any time with Leave the team, which takes them back to their own workspace.
  • Point new teammates to the Team room, where everyone sees what the Experts are working on.
