Agency accounts and white-label
Offer the AI team to your clients under your own name, logo, colors and domain, and work inside each client's workspace yourself.
An agency account lets you offer the product as your own. Your clients sign in at your domain and see your name, logo and colors. They never see a price or a checkout, because you bill them.
From Settings → Agency you add clients, set your brand and open any client's workspace to work inside it. Agency accounts are set up with our team; once yours is active, the Agency page appears.
Why it helps
- Clients see your brand, from the sign-in page to the emails they receive.
- You can work inside any client's workspace from one place, without juggling logins.
- New clients start with the Experts and first briefs that fit your market, so they get going faster.
How to use it
- Open Settings → Agency. Choose Settings → Agency. The tabs are Clients, Brand, Niche, Homepage, Domain, Sender and Plan.
- Set your brand. In Brand, fill in your name, tagline and support email, upload your logo and icon, and pick an Accent color. Click Save brand.
- Connect your domain. In Domain, tell us the hostname you want, such as app.youragency.com. Point it at us with the record shown, then click Check DNS.
- Send email as you. In Sender, enter an address on your domain and click Save. Add the records it asks for, then click Check verification.
- Describe your clients. In Niche, enter your website or describe your clients and click Generate. Review the draft, edit anything, then click Apply.
- Add a client. In Clients, enter their email and an optional label, then click Add client. They get an invite to sign in at your domain.
- Work inside a client's workspace. Click Open workspace next to a client. This works from your own domain.
Make the most of it
- Apply a niche before adding clients. New clients then start with that niche's day-one Experts and first briefs.
- In Homepage, generate a page and turn on Publish the homepage at your domain to give visitors a page about how the team helps your clients.
- Leave Google sign-in off under Features to keep sign-in fully under your brand; Google shows its own consent screen.
- Removing a client never deletes their work. Their workspace and data stay theirs; you just lose access.
- Seats cap how many clients you can add. The Plan tab shows seats used.
Questions

How do I bill my clients?
You bill them directly. Clients never see a price or a checkout, and your seats are billed to you at wholesale.
What can I do inside a client's workspace?
