Money: revenue, costs and your AI spend
See money in and out, live revenue, what your AI team costs and the invoices waiting on you, with Penny explaining what it means.
Money puts your numbers on one page. Upload a bank or card statement in Penny's chat and the page fills itself: money in and out this month, where it goes, and your top merchants.
It also shows live revenue from your payments, what your Experts' AI work cost over the last 30 days, and any invoices or proposals Penny has drafted for your review. Penny, your finance Expert, adds her written read on top. Only the workspace owner can see Money.
Why it helps
- You see where this month's money went, by category and merchant, without building a spreadsheet.
- Your AI spend sits next to everything else, so you always know what the team costs to run.
- Invoices and proposals waiting on you are flagged at the top, so none get forgotten.
How to use it
- Open Money. Choose Money in the sidebar. If it says No ledger yet, click Open Penny.
- Upload a statement. In Penny's chat, use the paperclip to upload a bank or card statement as a CSV or PDF. The Money page fills itself.
- Read the tiles. The top row shows Money out this month, Money in this month, Revenue, live 90 days, AI spend, 30 days and Money documents.
- See where it goes. Scroll to Where the money goes for the monthly flow, spending by category and your top merchants over the last 90 days.
- Review drafts. If invoices or proposals are waiting, click Review in Library. Nothing sends without your approval.
- Ask Penny. Click Ask Penny to dig in: what you made, how long your cash lasts, or anything odd in your payments.
Make the most of it
- On card statements, money in is usually your own payments to the card, not revenue. Penny's read sorts that out.
- Upload a statement every month so the monthly flow and the changes against last month stay current.
- Have more than one currency? Switch between them with the Currency control at the top.

Questions
Can my teammates see Money?
No. Money is the owner's. Teammates see a note saying so instead of your numbers.
Why is Revenue, live 90 days empty?
It counts payments as they come in, such as from Stripe, Razorpay or a Shopify store. Until payments arrive that way it shows a dash; your uploaded statements still fill the rest of the page.
Does Penny move money or pay bills?
No. Money only reads. Invoices and proposals Penny drafts wait for your review, and nothing sends without your approval.
What counts as AI spend?
Every AI model call your Experts make, metered per task and Expert, over the last 30 days.
