AiExpert gives you a team of AI Experts who learn your business, do real work when you brief them, and wait for your approval before anything goes out.
AiExpert is a team of AI colleagues for your business. Each Expert has a job: Nova writes your emails, Echo plans your social posts, Orbit keeps your customer list, Penny watches the money, and Aria, your chief of staff, hands whatever you ask to the right one.
It works in a loop. Scout reads your website and writes your Business DNA, the facts every Expert works from. You brief an Expert in plain words. They come back with finished work, not suggestions. Anything that sends, posts, publishes or spends waits in Approvals until you click. Connect the apps you already use and they work from your real numbers instead of guesses.

How to use it
- Start with your website. Choose Start free on the homepage, type your website and let Scout read it. Signing in is an email code, with no card and no password.
- Check what Scout found. Open Brand → Business DNA and accept or fix anything under Needs your confirmation. Every Expert reads these facts before writing a word.
- Ask for something. Type what you need in the ask bar on Home, the way you'd tell a colleague. Aria hands it to the right Expert, or type @ to pick one yourself.
- Approve what comes back. Finished work that sends, posts or spends waits in Approvals. Choose Open to read or edit it, then approve it or discard it.
- Connect one app. In Settings → Connected apps, connect a source such as your store, your payments or Google, so your Experts read your real numbers.
Make the most of it
- Brief the way you'd talk to a new hire: what you want, who it's for and when. You don't need to pick the Expert.
- Stuck for a first job? Task ideas has one-click briefs, such as this week's newsletter from your bullet points.
- Press ⌘K (Ctrl K on Windows) to search pages, Experts and actions from anywhere, or ⌘J to ask Aria.
- The more you confirm in Business DNA, the less you edit later. It is the single biggest lift in quality you can make.

What does it cost?
You start on the free plan with no card. Briefing and chat are free, and your first few runs are on us. After that, you run your Experts on your own Anthropic key. The paid plan adds work your team does without being asked. See Plans, runs and your own AI key.
Will it send emails or post without asking me?
No. Your Experts research, draft and prepare on their own, then stop. Anything that sends, posts, publishes or spends waits in Approvals for your click. Reading your own data never needs approval.
Do I have to hire each Expert?
Hiring is free, and every Expert is included on every plan. Hire from Team → Hire Experts, or just ask on Home and let Aria find the right one.
What can my Experts see?
Only what you give them: your Business DNA, the files you share and the apps you connect. You can correct or delete any fact, and disconnect any app at any time.
