Your first half hour has one goal: a finished piece of work you would actually use. The order matters. Scout learns your business first, so your first brief comes back sounding like you.
Once you sign in, Lens audits your homepage for free, so the team's first delivery arrives while you are still settling in. After that, Home shows one next step at a time on a single card, and the card goes away for good once you have done them all.

How to use it
- Let Scout read your website. Choose Start free, type your website and let Scout read it. No site yet? Choose No website yet — skip to questions.
- Answer the quick questions and sign in. Say what you offer, who your ideal customer is, your 90-day goal and your team size, then choose Create account & finish. Signing in is a 6-digit email code.
- Confirm your Business DNA. On Home, choose Review what we found and accept or fix each fact under Needs your confirmation. It takes about five minutes.
- Read Lens's homepage audit. Lens's audit lands under Delivered on Home. Open it for your score and the fixes that matter most.
- Brief your first Expert. Type one real job in the ask bar on Home, such as “Draft Friday's newsletter”, and press Enter. If Home suggests a first job, the Brief button with the Expert's name opens it ready to send, and you can edit it first.
- Approve the result. When the work is ready it waits in Approvals on Home. Choose Open to read it, then approve it or discard it.
- Connect one app. Choose Connect a source, or open Settings → Connected apps, and connect your store, your payments or Google.
Make the most of it
- Answer the 90-day goal question, even roughly. Every Expert reads it to decide what matters most.
- Brief like a colleague: the outcome, the audience and any deadline. Short is fine, and you don't need to pick who does it.
- Your brand book is written from your site at sign-up. When Home says Your brand book is ready, choose Open your brand book and check the colors and voice.

No. Until you sign in, what Scout found lives only on your device. Signing in locks it into your Business DNA.
